Undo. Can or cannot?

Undo means reverse or cancel out. In using the computer, we are so used to undo. Undo a typo error, undo a certain action while operating the computer. Beyond the world of computer can things be undo?

Personally, I don’t think in real life things can be undo. Even in using the computer the undo option sound more like a re-do. The action has been done, the user click the “undo” but it is a new set of action to cancel the error done. Luckily, in the world of computer, by simply clicking the word “undo”, things usually turn back to the original way.

In real life, nothing will be the same when you undo. As simple as you write a wrong word on the paper, you either erase it or pentex it out. Yet, the fact is, there’s a trace there. No matter what’s the result of re-do after you undo, the trace of the actions is forever there.

Realizing this simple theory, I want to practice to be kinder to people around me, be kinder to myself. As every actions done is done. There’s no UNDO option. For example, in an argument, we talk without realizing the words we are using. Sometimes, I hurt the other party more than you can ever know. And there’s no undo. And it create negative impact to all parties involve. Again remember, there’s no undo.

Be kind to others and yourself. Leave no space for the need of undo.
